Tiger Woods Swaps To A Mallet Putter

By Darren

Tiger Woods has joined the majority of players on Tour by swapping from his long relationship with his Scotty Cameron to a taylor made mallet putter this week.

Tiger needed only 26 putts during his frieday round and said at the end of the tournament that he was seeing his lines better after 2 month's of putting badly.

But will it last?

Sometimes players get stale with a putter and change for a while, it is my opinion he will swap back.

So should you swap putters? In my opinion it is best if you can stick to one putter if it is working, just because you have a bad day here or there doesn't mean the answer is buying a new putter.

For the most part stick to the old adage that if it ain't broke don't fix it.
