Closing Out An Event

By Darren

The 2016 Masters was a great example of how flying under the radar can really be the best way to travel, as Danny Willett has proved.

But the big story is Jordan Speith a young man with high expectations for himself and put on him by others, along with an intense pressure put on him by his peers, to beat him has seen him crash and burn out of the lead and really with the 7 at 12 so went any chance of winning.

But was it mental, well the shrinks would have you believe so , but I think it was a combination or a compounding of errors from 3 parts of his game, his technique let him down, which lead to bad strategy, going for the pin on 12 and then finally his confidence was shattered.
