Tiger Woods Master Class At Bridgestone

By Darren

Tiger Woods the world No. 1 picked up his 79th win on tour on the South Course at Firestone Country Club, winning a WGC event for the 18th time (no one else has more than three). With a final-round even-par 70 he started the day with nine pars and had 16 in the round Woods finished at 15 under par, seven shots ahead of Keegan Bradley (67) and Henrik Stenson (70).

"As blustery as it was, it was going to be really hard for someone to shoot 62 or 63," Woods said. "If I didn't give any shots away and played my game and shot even par or better, I'd force these guys to go and shoot something super low on a golf course that wasn't going to give it up under these conditions."
