Tip Of The Week Ending 26-5-2013

In this weeks tip I would like to talk about balance in the golf swing. To explain balance we have to start with the two types....

1. Static balance

2. Dynamic balance.

Anyways without getting to technical about the whole point, for me the real understanding of balance comes from thinking about balance as counter balance.

So in the golf swing you are always counter balancing.

For the most part this counter balance is between what the top of your body our upper mass is doing and what your lower body mass is doing.

This then relates to your understanding of what weight is and therefore how you shift it. I have written an article on weight in the article section.
