Peter Senior Wins The Australian Open

By Darren

Peter Senior has won the Australian Open 23 years after his first victory.

He only missed 2 fairways all week and most of his shots finished on the stripe right in the middle of the fairways.

It was funny listening to Wayne Grady's comments about Peter Senior coming down the stretch, with what at times seemed like a a touch of jealousy on his tongue.

Comments like this is what can happen when you have not had a beer for 53 years and the like. You see I worked for Peter Senior and sure he does not drink, but he also gets up at 5am every morning to get to the course and practice.

Also, he is one of the only players from his era to really go with the times, he started using video analysis with his swing while the others were still taking supervised practice sessions.

Well done Peter Senior
